Emmelie de Forest representará a Dinamarca en Malmö con "Only teardrops"

Anoche, se celebró la final nacional danesa, el tradicional Dansk Melodi Grand Prix en el Jyske Bank Boxen de Herning, presentado por Lise Rønne, Louise Wolff y Sofie Lassen-Kahlke

En la ronda final, así quedó la clasificación definitiva:

1º - Emmelie de Forest "Only teardrops" 26 puntos



2º - Mohamed Ali "Unbreakable" 19 puntos

3º - Simone "Stay awake"   15 puntos

Emmelie de Forest cumplirá el 28 de febrero 20 años. Nación en Randers, Dinamarca. y aunque su madre es danesa su padre es sueco. Hay sangre real en sus venas ya que es una descendiente de la Reina Victoria de Inglaterra. Su abuelo fue un hijo ilegítimo del Rey Eduardo y la princesa austriaca. Tras cantar en coros gospel y en la iglesia en su juventud, Emmelie comenzó su carrera con solo 14 años formando un dúo con el músico escocés Fraser Neill. Juntos han estado de gira cuatro años por varios países y han grabado tres disco de estudio cantando temas de rock, blues y folk. Cuando cumplió 18 años se mudó a Copenhague donde fue admitida en el Instituto Vocal de Katrine Sadlin, donde ha estado estudio y componiendo varios temas
